Returns & Exchanges:

For any concerns about your order, please reach out to us. We strive for your complete satisfaction with the quality and convenience of your new spices & herbs! At Hean's, we take pride in delivering exceptional service (just browse through our reviews). Rest assured, we'll do everything possible to address any issues you encounter. Contact our customer service team at orders@myheans.com for assistance. Unused products can be returned within 30 days.

Lost Packages:

If your package shows as "delivered" but hasn't made it to you, get in touch with us at hello@myheans.com. We'll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Should the package remain elusive, we'll send a replacement. Refunds aren't provided for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Domestic Shipping:

Expect ground delivery in 3-8 days, free for orders over $85. Shipping charge for orders $84 or below, will be charged a $10 flat rate.

Please Note: Delivery times aren't guaranteed; once packages leave our studio, we have no control. Shipping speed is determined by your selection at checkout, and shipping fees won't be refunded once the carrier scans the item. "Delivery speed" refers to the days after processing and leaving our studio. Spice refills and filled containers are prepared to order, typically taking 2-5 days. Need something by a specific date? Let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

International Shipping:

Yes, we do ship internationally! However, it can be costly. To get an accurate quote for various international services and speeds, simply add items to your cart. All shipping rates receive a 20% discount to alleviate some of the high fees.

We ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid). If your country imposes duties and taxes, you're responsible for settling them upon receiving your package. Some countries also levy duties on shipping fees. As an international customer, you're exempt from US sales tax.

If you refuse delivery, we'll issue a refund minus the return shipping costs.
